It depends on the model, but the grand majority of the products are waterproof. You can find the IP certification mentioned in the product specs sheet.
In most cases the solar lamps sold on have a guaranteed of around 50.000h. But this depends on the lamp and also on the LED. You can find the lifespan in the spec sheet.

50.000 h - around 11 years/12h daily functionality

30.000 h - around 6 years/12h daily functionality

25.000 h - around 5 years/12h daily functionality
The solar lamps need the sun so they can charge the batteries inside. So if the sun is not hitting the panel the lamp cannot charge and it results in a low performance. Solar lamps require at least 6 hours of sunlight in order to charge normally.
At least in theory, yes. If the sun is hitting the panel directly at least 6h/day, then it shouldn't be a problem. The grand majority of our products have IP certification for rain and snow. But you must make sure that the panel of the lamp is not dirty or covered with snow. Also the performance of the product (autumn and winter) is around 50% lower.
First make sure that the box is not scuffed up (transport damage) also make sure that the lamp charges for at least 1-2 days before you can turn it on. If there are still problems with the product you can contact us so we can arrange the replacement details.
If the product didn't suffered any modifications or damage, then you have 14 days to return it. The cost of the shipment and other fees that may apply are supported by the client. The products are shipped from Romania, so it should be any customs duties. (we are an EU member since 2007)
